Converting multi-file html into a single file

I have a Matlab script that generates a summary html, with over 60 image pixtures for every html and lots of hyper-links to navigate that html. Is there a simple way to convert this multi-file html to a single file html (I was told it is called MHTML)? The hyperlinks must still work. Best solution is to have a Matlab code that converts it, and that is compatible with the compiler as my code runs as an executable.

If that's too optimistic, any insight will be appreciated.
