See the attached .mdl file (saved in R2020a) to see how it can be implemented in Simulink. Run the following code to define the parameters
A = 1;
Jw = 3;
m = 1;
g = 9.8;
tau = 1;
M = [A Jw; Jw Jw];
M_inv = inv(M);

My matlab version is R2019a can you select a file previous version
