how to make my dataset images with the same size ? for example 227*227*3

See imresize(): https://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2020a/matlab/ref/imresize.html
out_image = imresize(in_image, [227 227]);
out_image will have dimensions of 227x227x3.
