Segmentation 3D point clouds in matlab

Im researching in 3D changes detection in point clouds and and I have 2 data set during 2 years from a city. now I want to use region growing segmentation in my reasearch. my data set are PLY fromat and I need to segment them in matlab.

can anyone help me?
