can i know name of this block in Matlab17b

i am doing a problem in a project i need name the block between mux and sum in which these equations are verified [ 0.5*(1+u(1)/1)>u(2)] and [ 0.5*(1-u(1)/1)>u(2)]

It is called fcn Block: https://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2020a/simulink/slref/fcn.html. It is not recommended but it is available in R2017b. Alternatively, you can also try MATLAB function block, which is also similar.
