fitglm: is it possible to initialise fit parameters?

Dear All,
I would have one question concerning the use of the fitglm() function. I am using the function inside an iterative procedure, and it would be itneresting for me to initialise the fit coefficients with the values obtained in the previous fit iteration.
Apparently, the initialisation option is missing for the fitglm() function. Do you have any advice?
