Download failed connect timed out

I am trying to download MATLAB R202a. I have tried it on two computers multiple times, and each time I get the same message around the same time.

The message is:

Is there something I can do to solve this?

Hi,

The issue can be because the computer Security software is preventing the MathWorks Installer from connecting to the MathWorks servers. This is known as a connection issue due one or more of the following:

• Antivirus Software
• Proxy
• Firewall
