What is this simulink block?

Hello everyone. I have been reading this paper and it has a simulink model which contains the following block

By what name can this block be found in Simulink? The paper does not mention the name.

Hi,

It doesn't look like a core block of Simulink. It appears to be a masked subsystem and the downward arrow means to look inside the mask.

The paper might explain what's inside the subsystem, please look out for the term - masked subsystem, in the paper.
