Tone generation using synthesis techniques.

Is there any way to generate the famous notification tone "Google event notification tone" using additive synthesis and fft or subtractive synthesis and filter designing? How to emitate a well known tune without repeating sine waves but making use of synthesis techniques?

I need this information for a Digital Signal Processing project titled Tone Generation.
