antenna arrays designer max frequency

I'm getteing error when using antenna arrays designer frequency more than 200 GHz (Expected design frequency to be a scaler with value < 2e+11)

I'm using a model requiring up to 310GHz, how can i use it for >200 GHz?

Currenty we limit the frequency of operation to 200 GHz. We will look into extending this frequency limit in the future.

Is there any update or hack to go beyond 200GHz for the Antenna Toolbox?

Hello, I am also wondering if there has been any update to go beyond 200GHz since your last post. I am hoping to simulate at least up to 350 GHz but ideally up to 1THz

Today, I also used 300GHz to do my antenna array simulation but it failed with the same error.

It seems that they did not update yet.
