Cramer code and chi square

hi,

Are there anyone have code of Cramer V_index please. If there isn't such code , So I have to built it . it is simple but have problem in compute the Chi square . I don't know how compute it. where I have two methods of clustering and i want to know the associatin between them . I found the intersection among the clusters of these two methods , so get array . if each method has 5 clusters , i will get 5*5. In this case how I can compte chi square?
