Please teach me by explaining to me what this question is asking me to do!

Hello, I'm taking Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning course and here I'm facing a mental blockage in processing the information. I don't quite know how to apply the statistic concepts to solve the question below. I'm given a large set of data and I don't know what the classification column means. I wish to find a tutor or mentor who can help teach me how to apply stat for problem solving. Much appreciated. Thank you!

Hello, It will be hard to find a Tutor dedicated to teach you. On here the community just helps you with your programming problems.

I suggest you attempt to write your codes in Matlab, then when you face issues you can post it here for help

On the other hand, what do you mean by classification column. Are you refereing to columns or rows of a confusion matrix?
