Calculate fourier coefficients from XYZ displacement

Hello,
How do I calcuate A and B upto 8th order of below equation using XYZ displacement data?
Equation : y=A0 +(An * Cos n*Φ + Bn* Sin n*Φ)
n = order
Φ = Polar angle

Alternatively, you can also use cftool.
