Multi-objective optimization in Simulink

Hello,

I have a mathematical model of heat transfer in the PVT collector in Simulink. I have set the parameters of the system in Matlab script and running the simulation with all input data in Simulink. I want to do multi-objective obtimization and to get Pareto set of optimal solutions.

Does anybody know how to run the matlab function gamultiobj directly in Simulink or is this kind of optimization of the system possible directly in the Simulink model?
