help with a q

ive been given two data sets measuring indoor temp and out door temp

Goal is to determine a constant that solves the eq:

change in inside temp/time=c(tout-tins)

where change in inside temp=tend-tini/5 where time always =5mins

tout and tins=intial outdoor and indoor temp

problem is idk how to code this so any advice would be beneficial
