converting sinusoidal signal into fourier transform without using built in function

Hello guys!

I really need your help to comput this signal to fourier transform without using built in function

F3= 5*sin (2 *pi*60*t) + 2.5*cos (2*pi*120*t)

Also, I want to find its magnitude and phase plot..
