Matlab web app server "open home page" no response

I I clicked "Open Home Page" and only heard an alert, no message popped up, and there was no response. I couldn't open the browser homepage.Why?

solved.

I type “http://localhost:9988/webapps/home/index.html” in the browser.

"9988" is my local web server port number
