Need help for using "fillmissing" function in order to fill missing data in time series

Hey all

I have 51 excel files. in each one, the I, J, K, and L column represents max_temperature, min_temperature, Rainfall, mean_temperature respectively. there are some missing (blank) cells in each column which I want to fill them using fillmissing function. I don't know what is the script for doing that. I have attached a sample of my excel files. please help me. thank you
