Split a blob between two points

I currently have a blob and two points on opposite points of the blob in a binary image. I was wondering if there are any existing function that will automatically split the blob between these points or if I will have to write my own code. Currently if I plot a line between the two points I can visualize how it should look.

Does anyone know of any functions?
