Problem with reading ble characteristic

So I am trying to read characteristic of ble device. Whenever i try to read the characteristic from command window, it gives the following error "Device profile has changed. Clear existing ble object with address XXXXXXXXX and recreate it.

However, the error goes away when I run the commands from a script. For debugging purposes, I need to run the commands from command window.

Any solution?
