Brush matrix based on two coloums

Dear all I always see you succed Helping eachothers... So I want to salute you far from anything. I have a simple question to you please. I have 4 coloums data, I am cleaning. based on drawing two coloums coloum1, coloum2) but I need to save all coloums after cleaning (cloum1, coloum2, coloum3 and coloum4). I am using brush on Pause then "create variable"

to save brushed data. is there any simple way to do this??
