How can I send different data type data as one single packet through Lan using udp?

Hi, Iam using astrix cat048 format to send data through LAN by using Wireshark tool. I am sending all field as uint8 data type data but for special purposes field of cat048 I need to send as uint32 type data. I need total 180 special purpose feild. I am facing problem in sending different data type as single packet.How can do this? Please help in solving this issue. Thanks in advance..
