What have you done so far? What specific problems are you having with your code? Are you supposed to find the angle at which the biker will cross 15m horizontally while dropping 2m from the starting point?

This sounds like a simple algebra problem. Draw it out on a piece of paper, write down the equations for vertical and horizontal positions, and then solve for what you want (a 2m drop happening at the same time as a 15m horizontal distance). The horizontal distance will be a linear equation in time. The vertical distance will be a quadratic in time.

For what it's worth, I have a demo on a projectile that computes just about anything you could want to measure. Adapt as necessary with your particular heights, angles, and velocities.
