Where is Solution 1-5LI90A?

In previous versions of Data Acquisition Toolbox communication with LPT port was followed by next warning:

Warning: This Parallel adaptor ('parallel') will not be provided in future releases of Data Acquisition Toolbox. Instead, it will be available as a separate download. See Solution 1-5LI9OA for details.

Where is link to separated download? How to find Solution 1-5LI9OA?

That applied only to Windows 32 which is R2015b or earlier. Which release and OS are you using?

That is an old number from before MathWorks Support Team answers were posted to MATLAB Answers. I believe it's referring to this Answers post (to which I've added that ID as a tag, to hopefully make it more discoverable in the future.)
