Converting varioport (vpd) files to Matlab compatible files

Is it possible to convert vpd file format to a Matlab compatible file?

The data is collected from Varioport, a device from Becker Meditec that can measure, ECG (Electro-Cardiogram), EEG (Electro-Encephalogram), EMG (Electro-Myogram), also Facial EMG, EOG (Eye movements), EDA / GSR (Skin response).

As .xlsx/XML is one file format that is used to import the recorded data. I would suggest converting the vpd file format to .xlsx/XML and then access it in MATLAB
