LTE Cell Search and MIB Recovery Simulink error

I have been receiving this error while running the lte hdl MIB Recovery block on Simulink. The Lte Hdl Channel Equalizer run correctly on its own.

Can someone please help me find a solution

Nothing has been changed in the model. It has never run correctly.
