Trying to call a variable with a string

Hopefully this is a easy question.

I am kinda lost.

I am trying to create a string with the same name as a variable.

Then use that string to call the variable to be processed by Normalized.

What seems to be happening is I am creating a string, then attempting to use it as variable, but the variable is represented as asii values.

Is there a way to cycle through the functions of simular names?
