How to Breakdown System of coupled ODEs into first order equations in order to solve with Runge-Kutta 4th order

Hello all,
I am trying to solve the set of coupled ODEs I found in a journal using RK-45 method in matlab.
Boundary Conditions
I am having issues breaking the 2 equations down to a system of 5 first order equations because of the presence of a third order differential of F in both equations.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
