Why do I receive "Upload Failed" when attempting to upload files to MATLAB Online?

I am trying to upload files to MATLAB online, however I receive this error message:

Upload Failed

What can I do to get my files uploaded?

As workaround, please follow the steps below:

- Open MATLAB Online on a different browser and upload your files there

- Go to MATLAB Drive Online and upload your file there
