EMD analysis on numerical series ( array )

I need to run the emd analysis having as initial data a vector (which is my number series). What code should I use?

for example :

I need to make emd analysis on my numerical series such as :

x = [ 23 56 47 45 3 67 12 34 ]

Please can you say me code to make emd analysis ?
