Parameter Estimation Toolbox Simulink

I am using parameter estimation toolbox. I can calculate the parameters for few data sets by importing them and choose some options one by one.

But in future I need to calculate the parameters of 800 dats.

Please help me how I can calculate it fast?

I can not estimate the parameters of 800 data.
