Comparing multiple tables with multiple tables

Hi all, so I have this problem, that I have 3 matrix of a testing result and 3 matrix of a simulation result.

They are a 6x1 table and each row has a name. The thing is, in every of them, the row name must be in the same order. How do I make a loop, with multiple matrixes, that have different names?

I don't really understand what you are asking. Are you able to upload your matrices or tables in a MAT file? That might help.
