i wanted to find slope of 1 and 2....

1 and 2 is channel 1.

3 and 4 is channel 2.

likewise till 19 and 20 which is channel 20.

I wanted to calculate slope of channel 1 which will be in one column, channel 2 will be 2nd column, resulting would be 20 column?

How do you define the "slope" for each channel?

Similarly column 3 is HbO and 4 is HbR so on and so forth

With these I wanted to calculate slope with resperct to the spikes in HbO and HbR.

What do you mean with slope? Is the first column x and the second column y?
