make the image to smallest 8*8 blocks

i have an512*512 image and i want to divide it as 8*8 blocks all...my further intention is to apply alphanumeric watermark to block and rearrange the blocks back as image

now that the image is converted to blocks of data..i hvae applied dct,svd,dwt on high entropy blocks..after that..i want to retrive the original image back after these applications
