Ploting graph between P values and Quantiles

Hi, All i am new user of MATLAB. I have estimated the Quantile Causaility test. Now i want to draw a graph between the P values and Quantiles. Please any body help me how to draw plots. Thanks

What is Quantile Causaility test?

Can you upload the p-values and quantiles?

If not, then take a look at 2D plot.
