how i can specify data transfer rate for data transfer from one node to other

i have data (suppose "52") in Node-1 i have to transfer it to Node-2 and get to know the speed of data transfer , how can i do that?

However you want. You are programming the network representation from scratch so design it in a way that this is meaningful for you.

Note that the data transfer rate is not meaningful in the electrical network you were asking about in your previous question. Voltages and currents and busses disabled for being under voltage or over voltage are not data (but in some situations you can encode data on to them.)
