How can I build a C++ file (.sln file format) in MATLAB?

I want to build a C++ solution file (.sln) in MATLAB.

I try to make a batch file that build .sln file by using MSbuild command prompt, but I got fail.

so, except the way, I wonder the way to build sln file in MATLAB script cleary.

And I don't have any knowledge about opening dll...

please easily and detail.
