How to shedule the electrical devices in Matlab

I have some devices like Electric Heater , Washing Machine , TV etc. I want to shedule these devices with time like from 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM Electric Heater should start after that 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM Washing Machine must start and all other devices should be on. From 11:00 AM to 3PM TV and washing Machine should be on and other devices must be off. Please help me in this code . I have no idea of sheduling and i have to submite the work in 3 days.
