signal processing vibration data processing from excel sheet and extract fault frequencies

sir/ mam i am new to signal processing so my teacher gave me this excel vibration data of bearing at 1000 rpm with defect at outer race. but i dont know how to process the data in matlab and extract the fault frequency or bpfo the bpfo for this data is around the 78-89 Hz. so help me. it urgent.
