image segmentation of breasts into exact halves

How to segment an image of a breast exactly into halves by detecting its center position

And not by using rows and columns as it has to be done for 120 images with a single code.

Most female breasts are not bilaterally symmetric, so dividing into exact halves might not be the correct thing to do.

Is the "center" defined as the center of the sternum? If so, the sternum in this image is quite visible and darker which could be helpful is locating the center.

No sir the center is not defined for any images.

Also we get this by segmentation done from the input images using its ground truth images
