Where to find correct Matlab-Runtime?

Hello,

I'm using Matlab 2019a (Version 9.6.0.1072779) and I'm trying to use Matlab Compiler. To deploy the Matlab Runtime, I try to set the Path to a downloaded Matlab Runtime (R2019a, Version 9.6.0.1114505). Matlab doesn't accept the downloaded zip-file in the preferences menu and says that it is not a valid Runtime installer for this version of Matlab. I guess the problem is, that my Matlab version does not have update 2 installed, so Matlab and the Runtime do not have the exact same Version-Number.

Sadly I cannot update my Matlab version or download the correct runtime while packaging, due to firewall-settings of my company, that I cannot control.

Is there any way for me to either get the correct Matlab Runtime for my Matlab version as a Download or to get the update package as a download to update my Matlab to the newest version?
