Running Automatic Algorithm for Labeling Multiple Images at once using the Image Labeler app

I have built my own automation algorithm for labeling. I have also been able to integrate the algorithm on Image Labeler App on Matlab to perform automatic labeling on our data images. However, I wasn't able to find any option to run the algorithm to label multiple images at once. If I am selecting multiple images and running the algorithm, it is only working on the last image. Is there any way to run automatic labeling on Multiple Images at once?
