Problem while receiving data in raspberry Pi via UDP connection

I created two simulink models, one for for transmitter and other one for receiver an deployed them on 2 different raspberry pi (Model 3B). I want to send signal from one raspberry pi to another raspberry pi via UDP protocol. The transmitter model is working fine, but the receiver model does not pick up any signal. Both the raspberry pi's have been connected to their respective PC's via wireless connection to a same network. Matlab Version - 2018b. I have attached the simulink models of the transmitter and receiver.
