In simulink, how to output the data from scope to workspace directly rather than output data as an attribute in a variable

In the old version, I can save my wave data from scope by setting "history" option in scope module. But in r2019a, I cannot find "history". Fortunately, I found I could log in the date to workspace, but I was still unable to use the wave data I want in powergui. Therefore, I cannot use the fft analyses function, and it displayed the input was empty. Finally, I found it is beacuse the data was saved as an attribute in "out" variable in workspace but not in workspace itself. I am very confused, because in the old version I didn't find such problem, why I upgrade version but get a worse experience?

It is available in the Scope of 2019a, just go under Parameters--> drop-down options...
