Two Step Verification increases the security of your MathWorks Account.  It provides an additional layer of protection when you trust a device or browser through a verification code process. Since the code changes each time you sign into an unfamiliar device, the code cannot be stolen. When combined with your password, Two-Step Verification provides more protection to your MathWorks Account. Using your email address and password to login to your MathWorks is the first step when verifying your account. This second step increases the security of your MathWorks Account.
Once Two-Step Verification is configured, you will need to enter a unique code each time you sign in from a new device or browser. To ensue that the login process is simple and quick, you will be able to trust the new browser or device once the verification code is entered. From then on, that browser or device will only ask for your username and password upon logging in.
