user input value in uitable and display the data in axes

i'm having trouble to polt the data from the uitable to the axes. The value in uitable will be key in by users. Appreciate anyone who is able to help. Thanks.

the uitable is (1x12) cell array

data = get(hObject,'data')
data1=cell2mat(data)
plot(handles.axes4,data1)
