where is alphaShape and alphaTriangulation M-Fucntion from my MATLAB Software ? from this function inside empty but file running?

so where is the alphaShape and alphaTriangulation M functions or anything library hide in my software ?

They are built-in functions for which we don't distribute the source code. The alphaShape.m and alphaTriangulation.m files you saw contain help text for those built-in functions.
