Derivative of state X at time y is not finite.

Hello everyone,
I designed a model from solidworks and I applied the model on simmechanics. I wanted to add a controller on my system and after when I changed the solver options as a 'fixed-step' I see this error on my screen. I changed the PID values but it did not work. I donot know how to figure it out.
