which MATLAB License is better for multiple users

I need license for 10 to 20 users which type of license will be better for me in standard category. concurent or network named.

also what is the difference between the two types..

do i need a dedicated hardware [SERVER] to install the software which then individual users will access for licence and useage. or the MATLAB will be installed on individual system with some kind of volume key [like in microsoft windows]
