what unit does simscape engine fuel consumption output

So I have a simscape model of a hybrid vehicle and I would like to find out the fuel consumption.

I have used the simscape driveline generic engine which has an output of fuel consumption rate.

I used the fuel consumption model of constant per revolution in mg/rev.

However I do not know the units of which the engine gives as an output. Apparently it is a fuel consumption rate but i dont know of what units!!!!

Hello Angus,

The FC port outputs the fuel consumption rate in kg/s.
